postmenopausal bleeding; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the ra-web. the reporter is the patient. regulatory number: nl-lrb-00737616. a 51 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), administration date 22jul2021 (lot number: ff4213) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. the patient's relevant medical history was not reported. concomitant medication(s) included: femoston. vaccination history included: comirnaty (1st dose), administration date: 17jun2021, for covid-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "severe intestinal cramps", "diarrhea". the following information was reported: postmenopausal haemorrhage (medically significant) with onset 23jul2021, outcome "recovered" (jul2021), described as "postmenopausal bleeding". reported after 18 months of no menstruation she had postmenopausal bleeding after the second vaccination which lasted 3 days, the blood was dark brown in color. patient previously not had covid-19 infection. no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected.; sender's comments: linked report(s) : nl-pfizer inc-202200288492 same patient, different dose
