developed swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck and left armpit on 11/1/2021. developed tendon pain in bilateral feet, right knee, left hip, right elbow and right shoulder approximately 1 week later. placed on round of oral steroids by primary care physician in november and referred to orthopedic doctors for continued left foot and right elbow tendon pain that did not resolve. received cortisone injections in left foot on 12/9/2021, and right elbow on 1/5/2022. placed on another round of oral steroids in january 2022. admitted to hospital on 1/18/2022 overnight due to new onset episode of svt with need to heart conversion with adenosine. continued tendon pain in right elbow and left foot with referral to outpatient pt in january 2022
