thinning of the left optic nerve; ischemic neuritis; headache; head tightness; numbness of the right side of the body; temporary vision loss / blurred vision while the patient was watching tv, she could no longer distinguish colours and shapes.; turbidity right side loss salivation/salivation leak; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (consumer or other non hcp) from the regulatory authority-web. regulatory number: it-minisal02-844041. a 52 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), intramuscular, administration date 13jun2021 (lot number: unknown) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. relevant medical history included: "monocular vision" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: monocular vision since birth for atrophy of the optic nerve on the right side; "allergopathy" (unspecified if ongoing). family history included: "familiar hypercholesterolemia."
